Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to teamwork.

• Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up tools and equipment.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed, learning from their expertise.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area throughout the project.

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is required.
• OSHA 40 certification
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and safety equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned tasks efficiently.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
